Abstract

This case study describes how a college business instructor and an academic librarian collaborated, using the tenants of Continuous Improvement (CI) and embedded librarianship, to help improve student writing and information literacy skills in an online course. The authors detail their personal experiences, the challenges they faced, and the practices they developed. Data related to the successful results of the collaboration are shared, as are sample materials used in the course: a screencast video, email, and discussion post.
