Global Security and Intelligence Studies (ePress Journals)

Global Security and Intelligence Studies is a bi-annual, peer-reviewed, open access journal published through partnership between The Policy Studies Organization, American Public University System, and the APUS ePress.The journal is designed to provide a forum for the academic community and the community of practitioners to engage in dialogue about contemporary global security and intelligence issues. GSIS welcomes contributions on a broad range of intelligence and security issues, and from across the methodological and theoretical spectrum.

Internet Learning is a peer-reviewed journal published through partnership between The Policy Studies Organization, American Public University System, and the APUS ePress.

The journal welcomes a multidisciplinary approach and papers on all aspects of the electronic learning revolution and the challenges and dilemmas it presents. Topics may include but are not limited to: innovative learning and teaching practices, instructional design, and the use of technology and multimedia resources. Articles on online pedagogy, as well as examples of "mixed" online and conventional teaching are welcome.

Saber and Scroll (ePress Journals)

Saber and Scroll is the online journal of the Saber and Scroll Historical Society, a student organization focused on the promotion of historical studies through the encouragement of academic research.

The APUS Eagle (ePress Journals)

The APUS Eagle was APUS's student literary magazine prior to 2010. This magazine was the predecessor of the current student literary magazine, The Bird & Dog. These issues are also included within The Bird & Dog as volumes 1 and 2.

Faculty are encouraged to suggest their best writers submit their work and are also encouraged to submit student work (with the student’s permission). Students who would like to be part of the American Public University System Student Magazine review board should write to faculty adviser, Terri Perez, for more information.
