Forensic examination of poisoning allows investigative authorities to resolve the issue of the presence (or absence) of conditions and circumstances which occurred in a crime. Its results are important for public health, contributing to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and development of preventive measures of various intoxications in the home, in medical practice, in drug addicts and others. In this paper, using the science of forensic toxicology presents insight into forensic examination of alcohol intoxication and poisoning substance.
